1. About GOLDEEGA
GOLDEEGA™ is operated by Imperial Productions Incorporated Limited, Couva, Trinidad and Tobago (“GOLDEEGA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply between GOLDEEGA and each visitor, account holder or customer (“you”).
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and provide accurate information. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
3. Product information
We aim to present products, materials, dimensions, colours, stones and finishes accurately. Screen settings, photography, scale and natural material variations can affect appearance. Only characteristics expressly stated on the product page form part of the product description. A gold colour or gold-tone description does not mean solid gold unless expressly stated.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges known to us will be displayed before you submit the order. Destination duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may be charged separately where applicable. We may correct obvious errors as described in our Cancellations & Availability Policy.
5. Orders and payment
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We may authorize or place a hold on your payment method while reviewing the order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the order is accepted when shipment is confirmed. Payment must be authorized before shipment.
6. Availability and cancellation
All products are subject to availability and we do not guarantee backorders. We may cancel or hold orders for stock, payment, fraud-prevention, address, legal, carrier or obvious listing-error reasons. Refunds for cancelled items are handled under our Cancellations & Availability Policy.
7. Fulfillment partners
We may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, payment processors and carriers to fulfill an order. GOLDEEGA remains your customer-facing seller. We may share the information reasonably necessary for payment, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, returns and support in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You must provide a complete, accurate and deliverable address. Tracking, signatures, insurance, international charges, delivery attempts and return-to-sender events are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
9. Returns, refunds and product problems
Change-of-mind returns require prior authorization and are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Our Warranty & Jewelry Care Policy explains support for damaged, defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Acceptable website use
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with security, scrape or copy protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts, make fraudulent purchases, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
11. Intellectual property
The GOLDEEGA name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, product presentation and licensed product images are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive no ownership rights. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
12. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the third party.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties and conditions are not excluded where exclusion is prohibited or would be unreasonable under applicable law.
14. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable. Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any limitation will apply only to the extent lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.
15. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and will not use this clause to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s place of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. You may also seek assistance from an applicable consumer-protection authority.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version displayed when you place an order will ordinarily govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or expressly accepted by you. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
18. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your contract without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your protections. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the website and an order.
